About Me

Calisthenics is a combination of bodyweight strength, raw strength, mobility, endurance, stamina, lifting and flexibility. I started my journey in the pandemic when we all are stuck at one place. so i decided to be fit and started exercises which i can do at home without any equipment and then i saw a clip of muscle up on youtube so i decided to work on it and then i got into calisthenics. I think its not just a sport its a art that helps to explore our body strength and balance. Also teach how to be consistent and never give up like a athlete. Till now i am at advance level i can various skills like full planche, front lever, handstand pushups and assisted maltese. calisthenics side effects are giving you a shredded physique and Superhuman strength.

Is calisthenics better than gym ?

 well its depends upon our goals, if my goal is to  learn skills so i have to do the  progressions it will also make the body strong. And if my goal is to build only muscle i can do that too at anywhere

How much time takes to learn the planche ?

depends upon person to person, some achieve in 10 months, but some takes 2 years to master  the form. it is true that planche is hard to achieve but if we stay consistent we can achieve it quicker

 Calisthenics beginner workout starts from basic bodyweight exercises like pull-ups, push-ups, squats and dips. Firstly, we have to master beginner workout routine, then we start work on skills like muscle-ups and high pull-ups.
