About Me

I started Calisthenics from scratch in the pandemic. I decided to be fit and increase my overall strength. so I started basic exercises like pull-ups, push-ups, dips and squats at my home and then I saw a clip of muscle upon youtube so I decided to learn it and when I achieved it calisthenics became my hobby and now it’s an addiction. Now I want to be a world champion of calisthenics. I think its not just a sport its an art that helps to explore our body strength and balance. Also teach how to be consistent and never give up like a warrior. Till now i am at advance level and i can do various skills like Full planche, Front lever, Handstand push-ups and assisted  Maltese. Personal Training

In this program we have divided 3 levels of training like beginner, intermediate and advance level. 

Beginner program focuses more on mastering basic exercises like push-ups pull-ups, dips with proper techniques and knowledge.

intermediate program focus on muscle endurance, strength exercises like weighted basic exercises and skills attempts like handstand holds and progressions of planche.

advance program covers most of the skill training like full planche hold increasing and doing better form, handstand pushups and front lever pull-ups
